Established since 2019, El Carbon® – under COLLIN’S® chain of restaurants is the first affordable Western food hawker stall concept that is Halal certified. Signature items on the menu are the charcoal-grilled meats, perfect for one or for sharing. For meat lovers, indulge in the Signature Half Roasted Chicken (S$9.50); or for sharing, the Mixed Combo Platter (S$19.80) that is served with the Signature Roasted Half Chicken, Grilled Lamb Chop, Chicken Sausage, Tempura Prawns, Grilled Corn Cob, Sea Salt Fries and Mesclun Salad.
Following the first outlet in FOODLOFT® at 721 Ang Mo Kio Ave 8 #01-2823, the brand has now grown to a total of 5 outlets across Singapore with a newly revamped menu that just launched on 17 September 2021.
